The category of men's formal wear can be traced to the early 16th century when men used to dress up for various occasions. Men of the high strata, particularly dressed in heavy tail coats as an evening wear. With the passage of time, these bulky and uncomfortable formal mens clothing and garment were replaced by more comfortable garments with stylish cuts.
